Concrete is poured Saturday Febuary 19th

Foundation is poured! Friday February 4th!!!

Foundation was able to be poured so they will leave the forms in for a couple days then hopefully the weather cooperates to remove them.  We will have to see if they are able to pour  the floor or start to frame first.  Progress is good.  Walkout area is shown .  Ken Bowerman was the architect and he worked with Dennis Walker to create this wonderful floor plan which Dennis never saw built before he died in 2008. We feel fortunate to be the first to build this plan.  We tweaked a few areas to make it our own.

Jones Family Home Building gets on its way!!!

The digging began January 5th but because of the snow the final dig and pouring of footers took place January 25th!  After they are able to pour the foundation we shouldnt be held up too much anymore.  Exciting !!!  The Reserves of Loveland is a small hidden community just outside of downtown loveland going towards Oakland road on the left as you go up the hill.  There are still a few lots to take advantage of if anyone would like to be our neighbor!! Walker Builders is the company we are happy to be building with.
